Back To Blocks, Books, And Best Friends

Most of the gang is here.

And Bridger is happy about it!

And Blakeley and Boone have brought all their new tricks to show us.  Oh no!

William loves a good lovey.

Sometimes you jsut know that you can't make it to the potty, so you do 'the next best thing' and make a urinal.  FYI, Legos thrown away and tub scrubbed until the cows came home with Clorox.

It's Penguin Week.

Oops!  Where did she find that Snowman Busy Box?

Playdough and alphabet stamps.  It smells like gingerbread.

I love these little magnetic tiles!  And so do they.

I love these so much!

Over break, Colton celebrated a birthday!

Kindergarten here he comes!

Playing a new game, I call Shake 'Em Up.

We read the book, Penguin and Pinecone, and repurposed a pinecone that came in a Christmas arrangement into a birdfeeder.

One swipe for the pinecone and one lick for me.

Birdfeeder watching during lunch.

Penguin number search

Illustrating/coloring a book all about penguins.

We have branched out into the kitchen/lunchroom with more manipulatives.  They can't get enough of them.

Adding two numbers (two sets of marshmallows) to make 10 with mini marshmallows and then eating them.

Aiden loved it!

How many marshmallows can you get in your little mouth at one time?

Giant chalkboard name printing practice.

house building

Just running and giggling because we can!

We are watching the birds, and Claudia is watching us.

William is happy to be back.

And he, too, has some new tricks!

Everyone's back.  The Friday Fun Day bunch.

We had a visitor!

This little preschooler has discovered that he can read Bob Books!  Makes my heart so happy.

It was warm enough in the morning to go out for recess, and there were no coats with zippers to be seen.
