A Fun Busy Week With The Oakes

 Cassie and crew came for a 'stay-cation' to our house.  What a filled week.  We needed a week to gear up for the yahoos coming back.

We took the bikes off the hooks in the garage and gave them a little tuneup so they could hit the bike trail.

Cassie drew the short straw.  Her bike was a little small.  But she was a good sport and made it work.

Pappy and I were the support truck.  We raced to the AVACO trailhead to see if they needed anything.  The next stop was the ice cream stand in Newtown.

Here they come!

They made it to Newtons just about dark so we loaded bikes and people into the truck for the ride home.
