Making Butter

 All you need is some heavy cream and a shaker.

We may have had to bring out the big mixer to speed the process along just a bit.  They loved that too.  It is pretty cool to watch the heavy cream all at once turn yellow, clump up, and release the buttermilk in the end.

And it was delicious on crackers!  They loved it!
