Best Creatures

 

I have been waiting and watching for this moment.  I had to get my coffee before the yahoos came and this happened.

It takes a while for the wings to dry out.

And we have a girl!

The boys found a HUGE toad!  And he is a boy!  We love that Google has all the answers we need.

We put him in the old birdcage with some flowers, leaves, tomatoes, and water so we could watch them for a bit.

Did you know that they could climb?

He is such a handsome boy!

We made him a little toad home.

We came back to check on him and he seemed like he loved his little home.  But on the next trip to check on him, he was gone.  Probably out looking for something to eat.
