Our First Meet Of The Year

 

Somewhere in the cold IN farmland, near Mrion there is a XC race.

This is an actual picture of Ellis and another runner.  Look at the height difference.  That kid is tall and still growing.

It looks like his feet are killing him.

He finished strong.

He had ordered new spikes but they had yet to come in.  Can you say bloody toes?

The cheering squad!  Alaire is always happy to get up early and sit all morning.  But the good part is...we got to go to our favorite Mexican restaurant after the meet.

 

After lunch they headed back to W Lafayette and we headed back to Milford.  Quick trip.
