Mark Got Up With A Wild Hair

 (No pun intended)

You can do that when you are retired and you have your summers off and there is nothing on the calendar for a few days.

My first trip to Buc-ce's.  Wow just wow!

I love the mountains!  They look good.  Feel good. And smell even better.

Look at this nice campsite.  Little backstory.  Zimmerman's love Bryson City and so do we.  They were camping for the week so Mark called and talked to the owner to find out what their campsite number was.  We drove in to surprise them.  I think they were more shocked.  I could never explain the looks, second looks, dropped jaws, huge smiles, nonchalant waves, and then the real wave once it sunk in.

It was great!!!  We didn't camp but found a place to stay in town.
Jeremy was just getting ready to cook hamburgers for dinner.  Oh no!  We took them to our favorite Mexican restaurant not 5 minutes down the mountain.

The best place to get a strawberry Dole Whip and play and relax by the river.  And some people might fish.

I could eat one every day!  Every single day of the world.

So could this girl.

Rocking by the river

And their peaches are pretty good too.

Campfire at breakfast.

Another story.  Jeremy LOVES to fish!  He loves taking his Tenkara where ever he goes and he will wet a line anywhere there are fish.  But they have a trout pond at the camp.  Beautiful big trout. They was a group that were on their way home and stopped to catch some fish before they left to go home.  They tried and tried.  The kids were using everything they could to catch fish but they had no luck.  Jeremy started catching fish for them  He was slaying it.  I think his total was 8 nice, nice fish.  He was thrilled.  Their families were so appreciative. And I loved every minute of the show.  Jeremy would hook them and then teach the kids how to wear the fish out and then how to net them.  Oh, I forgot to mention that you paid by the pound for your fish.  I hope this family was able to pool all three money because I think their thicket was a pretty hefty one.

After all the fishing fun we turned around and made our way back to home sweet Milford home.
