Construction Day #1

 Today was cardboard construction day.

It is the week they have been counting down for the longest time.

They had to get their 'table work' finished first.  Today we chose to do some of it on the floor.

Everyone had their own section of the kitchen floor to make it not so crowded and confusing.  I sat in the middle with the tape and then moved to the table to be near the hot glue gun.

Some started out short and sweet.

Some we quite long and elaborate.

Jase came up with a plan and executed it quite well.

Fancy duct tape was the hit of the site.

Gabe was the last worker to complete his project.

You might be wondering how in the world are they going to get these structures home...large garbage bags of course.

Then it was on to 'broken' arms for some.

And some needed one more picture, please.

Tomorrow we use real tools!
