Largest Cookie Bake Ever

 We started getting ready around 9am with the set us and we began baking around 10.

This crew was a well-oiled machine.

There was hardly any downtime.

We had over 52 trays lined with 2 dozen cookies per tray that took around 9 minutes to bake.

We weren't able to get a pic of all the booked cookies because as soon as they were boxed they went into trucks and were whisked away.  But this box represents 526 dozen cookies that were baked at Eastside on Saturday, Feb 18.  That's a total of 6,312 cookies!

Meeting of the minds...do we bake cookies again tomorrow after church?  Why, yes we do!
