Hearts and Hillbilly Kites

 

Gabe was using a pencil eraser as a paint dobber to find all the X's and O's.

Look at those little wheels turning.

Jase is an artist for sure.  Just look at him holding that paint pallet.

Tracing heart-shaped cookie cutters and coloring in the little hearts.

Lesson complete.

At it again with the chocolate playdough.

Front-row seats for watching the wind, the trees, and the power lines.

This kid loves to play a good game of UNO.

Soaking up the sun while we can.

This is what we call hillbilly kite flying.

I had no kites or streamers so I broke out two rolls of toilet paper.

And the yahoos ran ruts in the front yard all the while laughing from their toes.

I'm sure the neighbors and the people that drove by think this is the craziest place on the planet. I don't really care...we are making memories.
