Indiana Here We Come

 

Headed out late on some not-so-great roads.  This is not good for us on so many levels.  Since getting older both of our eyes do strange things at night like make all the lights look like starbursts.  So halfway to Cassie's she had to switch with mark and drove us to her house.  Thank heavens for younger eyes.

We drove a bit to get to the swim meet.

Alaire is off the block.

You really can't tell but this kid eats all the time!!!

I'm really for the day, thank you Pappy.

Cassie packed each of them a huge sub sandwich but they wouldn't come across the pool to get it.  But dangle some of my candy in front of them and they were right there with big smiles on their faces.

See, I told you that he ate all the time.

She came back for more!

Doing what she does best... chit-chatting.

Shortest on the team to Ellis being the tallest.

Bet you can't guess what he is getting ready to do.

Trevor has a new pizza oven.

So we had to try it out.  Cassie makes the best pizza dough.

Then it was time to make your own pizza.

Once again dessert was a hit.  Cassie makes chocolate chip cookie dough.  Then she makes the dough into balls and freezes them.  For dessert tonight a cookie skillet with vanilla ice cream.

And for our entertainment cassie and Pappy go way back to high school years and sing about the Chattahoochee.

Never a dull moment.

Winnie missed her mom.
