Odds and Ends of October

 We do lots and lots of special things at Wammyville. Most of them make a blog and then some just go into a special file called Odds and Ends.  These are the pics in that file for this month.

Our friends Steve and Shannon dropped off a huge box.  It never made it into the house.

Again the puzzle king.  This is his favorite puzzle.

This activity had a double meaning.  The boys learned how to successfully capture a live spider and release it.  And then the fun began.  I hid the glow-in-the-dark spiders.  We turned off the lights and they had to capture them one at a time.  The first time we did it was amazing.  After that, it was just semi-organized chaos.

These two used the wheelbarrow as a pretend car.  They filled it with pretend gas (water, cup by cup) and 'drove' it all afternoon.
