What A Week!

 We got home from vacation on Saturday night and VBS began on Sunday night!  What an awesome...The MONUMENTAL week it was.  These are just a few pics that I was able to get.

A few nights after I got home I just sat down and devoured ice cream.

I wish you could have been there.  It was so much fun.  Lots and lots of planning hours.  Lots and lots of hours working on the set.  Lots and lots of phone calls recruiting volunteers.  But all things turned out great.  The kids had a ball and they learned a lot throughout the week.  We had lots of God Sightings.  Friendships were made.  Old friends were able to be together for the week.

Lots of excited campers and lots of really tired crew leaders!

And believe it or not, we are already talking about plans for next year!
