Finally It Is Tornado Day

 They are back in force and ready to roll!

But first a little buddy time in the truck stop.

I really didn't see these two on the top of the table just chit-chatting away, did I?

Avery has discovered the horses of the princess castle.

Preschool time!

I am amazed at the growth so far this year.  Coloring skills might not seem much to you but it sure does help in printing and just being able to hold a writing instrument correctly.

Sorting, counting, patterning...the activities are endless.

They know what to do so they have all graduated to the Writing Center to do their tracing paper without me.  That is what we have been working towards all year long.

Leprechaun Number Search

I know I gave him a spoon.

We can never cut enough paper.  

The older boys are amazing colorers!

You always work better when you are wearing a cool hat...and it isn't even Cool Hat Day!

They worked so hard so we could spend lots of time making their tornados.

The Process

Colorful things in.  Check

Asher is brilliant.  He figured out an easier way to put those little colorful things in his bottle.

They pored their own water and hardly spilled a drop.

And with a little twist of the wrist the magic happens.



Jase was always so pumped when talking bout making the tornadoes but when the day came he was not excited about it at all.




Believe it or not the temps were up in the 60 and we were all glad to be outside.
