Creative Minds and Hands
Adilyn was our special guest reader. She did an awesome job. A little teacher hiding in there I think.
She is so proud that she can read! And we are too!
Levi is working so hard on his part of what is now called the Leprechaun Motel.
He is not too keen on getting glue on his hand but when I reminded him that it is magic glue he is all in.
The older boys working on their table work so they can begin work on the Hotel.
We are missing Louie today. He will love this homework graphing paper.
I love all the notes and pictures that they created.
Jase makes the bedroom complete with a lamp so he can see in the dark.
He left some cereal for him to eat because he know he would be hungry. And some markers and paper so he could write a note.
Jase drew a picture pointing to the swimming pool.
That big blue piece of paper is the swimming pool.
They came up with the design from their creative minds and a book we read a few days ago.
My favorite sign of the entire design!
This is the trap door that leads to the cereal. Levi lined it with gold coins.
I got to make the rainbow. We couldn't;t find any cotton balls for the clouds so they decided that we could use Kleenex.
The shamrock hanging from the light is so that if he doesn't want to use the bridge to get over the pool he can use it like a grapevine and swing over.
They all were so proud of the finished product.
The sneaky leprechaun got away but he did leave each of them a note and sunglasses with their names on them.
It is always a fun week getting ready for the big day.
