A Day Of Numbers...They Love Them

 We decided to start the day off once Pappy got back from his breakfast meeting that e would have a movie and popcorn.

Jase has been talking about Encanto since the day it came out it seems like.  All the kids now the words to the songs and they sing about Bruno the most.

We all had a small bowl of popcorn.

Adilyn has already decided on her Halloween costume for this year.  Bet you can't guess?

But then some of us needed to go to work.  And work we did.  I introduced them to a number line.

We haven't used playdough for making specific numbers or letters for a long time.  So today was the day.  Working the little muscles rolling balls and making snakes to turn into leters.

And he is so very proud of himself.

Roday we tried writing first and last names on a smaller piece of paper.

And would you look at that.

Switching things up and working in the kitchen on the lunch table.

Then they talked me into making a shrinking potion.

They would think of things and I'd pill it out of the fridge and the cabinets.

Adilyn came in off the bus to play Blink with the boys.

Ava had just enough time to read a few stories to Avery.
