It Was Warm Enough
Another busy day inside and outside too!
I have been wanting to do this art project for some time.
I think they liked it too.
There is a finished product at the end of the blog. I love it and we will be doing it a lot more.
A little bit of Q-Tip painting the beginning letter of their names.
coloring and counting
Another great sensory box for winter...
...with a little twist. I used a Pop-It with the alphabet printed on it.
And there are shiny things.
Once they master the thumbs on top while cutting it is a hard job to turn and cut the curves.
We are just learning some card playing skills. Thanks Louie!
Something for the meteorologist to do...write the temperature in a small square. Such skills. We read the temp from phone but a thermometer outside the window would be cool...Amazon to the rescue.
Now the afternoon class gets a turn.
The dripping of food coloring.
The swirling.
The squishing.
The finished product. I love it!
This cracks me up!
They loved it.
I sent each of them home with a baggie full of shaving cream.
Practicing writing letters.
Now we are getting serious.
When you leave your phone on the table while taking something away from the table, this is what you get.
The wall was at my back, so this pic is horrible but we are playing cards...Blink.
Then we got to go outside and play. The boys took the opportunity to use the entire length of the driveway to built roller coasters.
There were several comments from parents about how glad they were that we are able to go outside. We were glad too!
