Working On Some Special Things
We had to make up two Quarantine Boxes in Dec. One for Asher and one for Connor. Asher was not too impressed. Connor on the other hand was over the moon, pee in his pants excited about it. It just had copies of all the things we had done during the week, some playdough that we had made, and maybe a few sweet treats.
But back in Preschool, we had three days of Christmas fun.
We might have gotten to eat a candy cane while we were working.
Something specials for the grandparents. I know how hard it is not to be able to see or hug and kiss on your grandkids so we sent an envelope of love. The yahoos all wrote the word love and signed their names.
We then walked down to the mailbox to deliver them to the letter carrier.
Then some more fun. We thought if we made a gingerbread house that our gingerbread people would come back.
The house was already constructed our job was to decorate it. I was in charge of the icing in the bag. They had to use teamwork to figure out the design.
They were so proud of their creation. They thought it would be a great idea to build a door so when the gingerbread people came back they could get in.
That lasted until the little ones came upstairs. Somehow a demo crew ripped the door off the front.
Thank heavens we have some icing left!
