Celebrating Our Four-Legged Friends

It is hard to believe that we have survived a year with these two puppies.  It has been filled with excitement for sure.  Puking almost every car ride, taking obedience classes, chasing escapees down the street in bare feet (not a pretty sight), vacationing with a dog that impaled herself on rebar jumping after a squirrel, visit to the Emergency vet in TN, making new dog friends, surviving the dogs with surgeries and the cones of shame, lots of licks, nips, and barking, a few accidents.  I wouldn't change it for the world most days.

Imogene is the sweetest of the sweet.  Super shy but when she warms up to you she is your best friend.  She is the mother of the bunch.  Always looking out to make sure everyone including the yahoos are okay.  She loves Mark to the moon and back.

Gladys is definitely the playmaker of the bunch.  And she had a wiggle butt like no other.  She is also the best herder.  She will herd the goats and the yahoos. Gladys is definitely my dog.

The party was complete with canned dog food cupcakes with candles and signing by the yahoos.

The girls could invite only one guest...Ollie got the golden ticket.  He was pretty excited about that.

Some thought we were crazy when we decided to get a dog.  Then when we showed up with two they thought for sure that we had gone off our rockers.  Then three...we had totally lost it.  Could there be a fourth in the picture?
