Monarch Birth Number Two

I have waited weeks for this.  I had a special photo station set up.  I knew we were close.  And then I missed it.  I was fixing hair and came back to see crumpled wings.

I love the gold specks that are still on the cacoon.

They were so excited!!!  Thanking my lucky stars that the boys were sleeping.

This was so amazing.  Adi was so gentle!

Ava thought it was pretty cool too.  But she almost loved 'it' to death.

Now waiting for the wings to dry and figure out what sex and then a name!

It's another girl.  And her name is Poppy!
