Friday Night HUGE Storm

This is what we saw when the storm opened up.

This is what we heard!

The front of the house ditch was beyond overflowing!  It was crazy!

Mr Bill had a whirlpool!

Water was up to the bottom of the wheelbarrow.

Water was backed up to the grill at the back door!  Worst I have ever seen.

Almost  covering the stairs to the hot tub

Out the cluck-thru in the kitchen.

Once it calmed down and there was no thunder and lightning, the chickens went for a swim.

I put on my knee boots and headed out to unclog the drain.  I had my trusty broom,  a square shovel, and scuffle hoe.  Bubble fountain means success.

From the bedroom window...no more water.  And amazingly enough...there was not a drop of water int he basement.  Thank you, Jesus!
