Really Quick Trip To See The Grand-Yahoos
Ellis and Alaire participated in a little presentation along with several of their homeschool friends last night. Mark and I got to go enjoy the show.
Last minute prep. Alaire made Rosa Parks favorite food. Peanut butter Pancakes. Rosa was a vegetarian.
They actually are very good.
Ellis made cornbread mini muffins.

Interesting fact...Alaire developed a southern accent. When asked how she did that she said something like, I just talked like Wammy.
The dress she is wearing was actually one of her great-grandmothers dresses. The rest of her outfit came from Goodwill.
The also made storyboards that they could share.
The class got to spend a little extra time talking to their friend. REally cool.
