Friday With Peep

Spending a few days with my dad...he is on about day 60 of this hospital stay. Read it again, 6-0!

Once again we have done the hospital shuffle...ER, ICU, Skilled Nursing, ER, IMCU...roller coaster ride again.  Look way down the hall.  See that orange paper taped to the wall?  That is his room.  The orange paper says if you come into the room you must wear gloves and a gown.

I took some of the games that he got for Christmas.  He is trying to stay up during the day so he can sleep at night.

Breathing treatments seem t help with the coughing and COPD.

Directions from Speech Therapy.  He is not happy at all about these new rules.

He likes to drink his meals.

Before his shave.

All his wires and bracelets.

And after!  It made him feel so much better.

So Cassie and Alaire found a new app that they thought we should try.

Cassie said I should try smiling for one.

Funny thing, this showed up for her also!

Then Peep gave it a try.

This is the stuff that he is not so fond of.  You should try this in a coke.  YUCK!!

And we are back to this one again.

I have a good choice of new games for tomorrow.  I think it will be the ZOOB Builders.
