Adi's First Day In Wammyville...The Madi/Adi Show

There is a new yahoo in Wammyville. Her name is Adi and today was her first day. And what a successful day it was!

I thought Madi was going to crawl out of her skin waiting for the big arrival.  These are two happy yahoos!

And Madi is such a huge help.  Adi's is two but knows and acts lots older in my book.

Madi made sure that we did some kind of craft.  'Wammy we need to not use scissors today.'

So we glued instead.

I think she is happy with her spider headband.

They loved them.

After cleaning up the basement we headed out for a walk to the climbing wall.

Madi is such the 'big sister' to Adi.

This one has been all smiles today.  Didn't shed a tear or ask for Mommy.  Knock on wood.  I might have just jinxed myself.

Nothing wrong with this girls appitite.  She almost licked her plate.

She cleaned up her spot and put her dishes in the sink.

And even put her trash in the trash can.

Reading books and it looks like someone is getting just a little sleepy.

And she is out like a light in less that 5 minutes.

Who can sleep when it is pretty outside.  And Madi always turns the lights on after she wakes up.  Oops, guess we need to talk about that one.  So Adi didn't get as much sleep as she usually does.  She seemed to be fine with it right now but  later tonight her parents might want to bring her back.  Keeping my fingers crossed that she goes to bed without a hitch tonight.

It was a great first day!
