We Have An Official Name
Today was the first gathering of the expanded Milford Rocks painting group. We were able to use the church as our gathering place. Thank you Eastside!
I was up all night Friday night pondering/okay, worrying about today. Would anyone show up? Would we get anything accomplished? Would everyone have fun? Would we have enough food? Would there be enough supplies to go around? Would we get there early enough to get everything set up?
I seriously don't know why I worry so. As God would have it...Shannon and her husband Steve (our muscle man with the tables) and I drove into the parking lot at exactly the same time. I knew everything was going to be just fine from that moment on. Don't sweat the small stuff, Jan.
Looking back this probably wasn't the most ideal weekend to have painting group. But it worked out just fine! Imagine that.
The orange (quiet) table.
The blue (rowdy) table. Well, maybe just 2/3 of the table was rowdy.
The green (serious) table.
The pink (hard working) table.
Our Quick Drying Station.
Most of the end products. Now that is a bunch of good lookin' rocks!
Thanks ladies for making others smile! Now go hide those rocks!
So here is the deal..if you find one of these rocks, please pick it up, take a picture, rehide it and then post your pic on FaceBook on Milford Rocks. Let us know where you found it. We like to know where they have traveled to.
