Valley View Gets ROCKED!

A little bit cooler and damper this morning so we had to pull out the jackets and boots.

You might be thinking you are seeing double (four of my feet...nope Cassie was in for a quick visit so we talked her into going with us)

We are trying to ROCK as many parks as we can.  Today it is Valley View Nature Preserve.

New addition since I was here last...a Free Little Library.  It only seemed fitting that we should leave a rock inside.

This one is up for just about anything.  She is a trooper.  Rock in hand, borrowed slicker, and a full water bottle.

Interesting.

Hope someone has a picnic this weekend down by the pond, straight back down the center road...hint, hint.

We picked up Pappy and headed to May Thai for Cassie's birthday lunch before she headed to her CC Convention at the Duke Energy Center.

And then there was the great shoe debacle!
