Spring Has Sprung

I have a new method to my madness...a little background to the reason I have taken all these shots.

While I have been staying with my dad I have been eating lots of things so he will eat.  With his treatments, he just doesn't want to eat.  Nothing tastes good to him.  Long story short...I am gaining the weight!

To help me with my new weight loss program. I walk all the way down the hall, take the stairs up to the second floor and back down the stairs and back to my dad's room.  Nice little round trip.  Usually, it is done late at night when I do his laundry.  It is such a nice pick me up to see all the happy spring colors.  I just had to share.
