Yucky Day

Not a good day in Wammyville...Madiville...there were no friends today.  Just good old Wammy and Pappy.

Usually, we try to go on some kind of 'field trip'.  Today we headed for Carney's Feed Store.  And we got to ride in Pappy's truck!  That should put a smile on anyone's face.

And it just happened to be Chick Days.  There are only seven little fuzz balls left.  Walk away from the chicks, walk aways from the chicks.

Pappy, my Popaw gets me white donuts.  And don't you know Pappy pulled into Dunkin.  It brought a smile to my face.  I haven't had s lemon filled donut since Jolly Pirate in Huntington.  And a good cup of coffee.

We got her some white donut holes but that just is not what she is accustomed to.

Well, Pappy stopped and got her a bag of white donuts...just what she likes.  We were up and down all day.  She has another bad cold and it wore her out today.  Medicine and water equals....

...a nap on the couch in the family room with Wammy in the recliner.  Poor thing!  But then Cooper and Laney got off the bus and her world was right again.
