Hands Against Hunger

Michael belongs to a club at school called The Builder's Club.  It is a service based club.   The kids do different service projects in the community.  This week Mark and I got to go help with Hands Against Hunger.  It is a great organization with an awesome ministry.  And we got to see the Lemon's...friends from MWBC.

This was our table or station.  

 We had to wear hairnet and plastic gloves.  Always a good look.

We spent two hours putting ingredients (rice, soy, veggies and flavoring) into little plastic bags, sealing them and packing them.

In the two hours we helped pack 75,000 meals!  Our table did a total of 19 boxes!  We are hooked, we will go back!
