Another Surprise For Me

I have been asking Lizzie and Anna if any of the girls in the community needed a little extra sewing practice.  Today this came with the CSA boxes.  Her name will be Anna because Anna was my first little Amish friend.

This is with her blue 'apron' off.

Her dress is made just like all the girls in the Swartzentruber Order in Hillsboro.

She sits proudly in the living room where I can see her from the kitchen.  She reminds me of my friendships with the Amish that I have come to know and love deeply.
