We See Sunshine
If the sun was out and it was above freezing, we were going to play outside. One problem...the backyard is a swamp so we went old school and played in the driveway. 'We' have had a little trouble with napping the last few days. Some of that is due to the time change I think. And probably some of it is that 'we' are getting older and working our way out of a nap. So 'we' all were going to breath in that good fresh air, play hard, eat a good lunch, have a little Wammy love time, some chit chat and get under good warm blankets with our special blankets and pillows in a dark and warm basement and fall asleep. Plan worked perfectly! They are sawing logs as I type. Winner, winner, chicken dinner!
It's almost a heat wave!
Some of us wear bright colored shoes for running and playing....
And there are others that wear bunny rubber soled bunny house slippers.
And then some of us wear this contraption around us but we love it because we can go anywhere the big kids go and not ever fall down like they do sometimes.
Waiting for Michael, Cooper, and Doodles to get of the bus?
Always a driveway of one of a kind masterpieces.
And they all use different techniques.
The youngest artist to date.
And sometimes that crazy lady lets the monkeys out of the zoo to stretch their legs and work on their walking skills.
Just nuts I say, nuts!
I think she might just be getting tired.
She is drawing a wagon.
Somebody please pull this poor thing!
And this is how it is done!
She is still waiting for a pull. And she picked up a passenger.
Dueling chalks.
This is so very hard to do...all four in the correct posing position, in the frame at one time!
She could be a mechanic when she grows up.
Double trouble for sure.
Give her a ball...any kind she really doesn't care.
This is a juggling act...chalk and a bat in one hand. In the other hand and under the chin is a basketball.
Hmmm, guess I better start talking about Wammy's flower seeds and where we can dig with the digger.
She gets by with a little help from her friends.
Lots of help actually.
Looks like we got a new license plate.
She will be helping in the garden this year for sure.
Now I think she is applying the new sticker.
A tight squeeze I think! She actually asked for help getting out.
The chalk picker-upper.
And she is almost up. A few more tries and she will have it. And I am guessing within a month she will be walking all over the place. Hope the backyard dries out by then or it will be a long spring for me chasing all four of the all over the front yard.
