Seeing Red

The Birdman, Pappy, ChickiePa, Mark...whatever you call him, he keeps all the birds fed.

 

Today while waiting for a glimps of the baby hummingbirds, Denise and I were treated by a neighbor of the hummingbird family to come and see his baby cardinal.

 He is guessing it is a female.

 

And you people think I am nuts...this guy 'cardinal bird talks' to his birds.  He is a very nice man.  Very concerned about this little lady.   And worried about our ladder safety.  It was really very nice of him to share!
