Jack-O-Lanterns and Caramel Apples

She's just plain crazy!

It was just a little chilly out there in the backyard darkness...Michael even put on a hoodie!

One see at a time was Alaire's approach.

It is cold but look who has on shorts and swore they weren't cold.

Michael's finished product.  This was the first year to use a real knife, all by himself.  Making me sweat for sure.  He got his official toten chip at the Scout Advancement Campout.

Ah, yes, the most fun of making caramel apples...ripping all those papers off.

Like my new headband?  It is the elastic bow from the box of dark chocolate sea salt caramels we picked up.

These apples were as big as softballs!
