Little Bit Of Canning and Freezing

 
My Dad brought some corn last week when he visited.  I love me some good corn on the cob but I can't eat it all.  So I was going to can it but when I was looking for a way to do it all that kept coming up was using a pressure canner.  I only have a hot water bath.  So I decided to freeze it.  Sooooo simple!

Next I canned some sauerkraut.  It will take a few weeks to see if I got it right or not.  If I did I think I might need to invest in a kraut crock.

Also got some 'company peaches', as Lizzie calls them, caned.  And some of the very best in the world Kosher dill pickles you would ever want to put in your mouth.  Cassie brags she makes the best...I think not!

Trying some pickled okra.  Who knows!
