A Evening With Wam and Pap

After dinner the 'big kids' went paddle boarding and the rest of us went to play 'Dollar Golf"

Located not 10 minutes from our front door.  Instead of the 45 minutes ride to Myrtle Beach.

Dollar Golf...Pappy's way of playing.  If you get a hole-in-one you get a dollar.

And look who got the first hole-in-one.  And was he ever excited.  Pressure was on.

There is always a closing ceremony where everyone wins a dollar.  Alaire was Top Female Player.

Ellis was the Outstanding Player of the evening.

Michael was the Leading Scored with 10 under par.

These little guys stayed next door to us.  They were so fun to talk to all week.  And they were from OHIO!

Sand sharks were getting pulled in as fast as these kids could reel them in.  Pappy is already checking on deep sea rods for next year.  One guy even pulled in a huge sting ray.  I was so excited that I couldn't get my phone to work right to get a shot of it.  But it was amazing.  He had a crowd of about 50 people following him down the shore line while he was fighting the thing.  We all cheered when he finally gaffed it to get it in.
