Mother/Son Bowling

This marks our third year attending Mother/Son Bowling Night.  Another good name would be Friends Bowling Night.  It is always fun because you get to bowl with old friends and you get to make new friends.  (We did miss our Dawn and Wyatt)

 

They remind me of a calmer version of Bryce and Jeremy.

We didn't care how we got the ball down the lane.  Thank heavens for bumpers.

 

Once they turn on the blow in the dark lighting and lasers the fun really begins.

Oh, I forgot to mention all the free soft drinks and pizza you could ever eat (well, actually $20...but what a deal.

So, then there is a game that they play.  If you name gets called you have a chance to win a prize.  All that you have to do is knock 6 pins down and you win.

He (and all his friends) are praying hard!

NINE PINS...never before!  They were all so excited that they all ran to the prize table.

A HUGE box of our favorite cookies.  Inside contains four regular size packages.  They boy was beyond himself!

He even shared them with the entire bowling alley.

There was a little betting and trash talk going on before the night began.  Losers have to by winners Orange Leaf.

Looks like everyone was a winner.

Next year will be their last year to see if they can beat the old ladies.  Not a chance!  Mom's Rule Boys Stink!
