Feeding Frenzy

Look who came out with all his friends and neighbors to snack on the food in the new feeders.

The Blue Jays have finally found the peanut feeders.  Yesterday I counted five on the ground at one time.  That is a record!

Looks like they are dancing around the feeder.

I knew we had a den of fox but I haven't seen them since they were really little and in the middle of the street.  Yesterday they were just out playing in the yard.  We think that is the mother sitting on the edge of the flower bed.  She has there watching and keeping her babies safe for as long as we watched, which was at least 5 minutes.  She just sat straight up and looked form side to side with her ears perked and moving like radar.  The babies were fun to watch.  They acted like they didn't have a care in the world.  Emmy says that she sees them every morning when she leaves to go to work.
