Fun Friday....A Sad One

This was probably the lamest Fun Friday ever to happen on the planet.  Just not feeling it today, it;s been a rough couple of days around here.  But I did my best to put on my smiley face and participate.  The weather is beautiful, not too hot , just the right amount of breeze....but the pollen count is over the top.  And that is not a good thing around here if you are little or big.

And we are missing our DoodleBop.  She is home sick with a fever today.  Just not the same without here!

Even our dirt-lovin', sand-diggin', stick-totting little man keeps asking for her.

He stood here and called for her until I had to make him stop.  It was pitiful.

We turned things around by rolling up our pants and getting out the hose....watering plants and grass seed does it every time.

And then the 'box boy' came right before we had lunch.  That Pappy got some hosta for the yard...guess you know what we are going to be doing this weekend.

He couldn't be happier with his stick and box of newspaper.

Don't you always wear you bike helmet when you picnic on the porch?  A little added extra treat...some of Wammy's chips.

We finally got to watch HOP.  Cute movie and they did actually sit and watch it...in 10 minute intervals.  And while the credits were rolling...DANCE PARTY!!!!

We hope to be all together again on Tuesday.  And I understand that there might be a Wacky Wednesday next week!
