God and Family Recognition

This morning during the 9:30 Contemporary Worship Service at Trinity United Methodist church Michael and a whole bunch (17 scouts) were recognized and awarded their God and Family emblem and the knot patch to wear on their uniforms.

The day didn't start out too well...allergy season is upon us.  And when you forget to take/your Mom forgets to remind you to take your allergy pill, your nose runs/drips constantly...driving everyone crazy!..It is not a good day!

You are kinda just out there hoping you are doing the right thing.

Not to forget to mention that getting up in front of a room full of strangers is not your favorite thing in the world by a long shot.  But it goes well because your best bud Wyatt is by your side assisting you.

The pizza party that Mr Montgomery put together sorta turned the day around.  Can you pick out Michael's pizza?

These two in the kitchen...bad news...Michael ended up forgetting that the pan was just taken out of the oven when he tried to pick up his pizza.  That is what the mitts are for!

This one is for you Dawn...hope you are feeling better!

They decided that the pizza they were going to split should be eaten outside because the clean up crew was busy trying to get things squared away so they could go home and enjoy the beautiful weather we are having today.  Check out the ice in Michael's hand.  He will probably have a nice blister by the time he goes to bed tonight.
