It's Snowin' Up In Here

It is the middle of January and we haven't really seen any significant snowfall. Our Snow Dance must be the dance of last season  We need some snow! So manmade snowflakes is the way to go around here...we aren't a Ski Resort with a snow making machine. But give me some coffee filters and a good sharp pair of sissors and I can cut with the best of them!
