She Walks...

Well, sorta.  Her back legs are beginning to work like they are supposed to.  She is feeling pretty spunky these days.  It is all that we can do to keep her calm.
She has that little spark back in that cute little face.  This is what the neighbors see every time (and that seems like a million times day and night) we go outside.  We have to carry her and then make sure that her back feet don't touch the ground.  A few days ago we didn't have to worry about her trying to run off.   Now I don't trust her to stay with us so she is back on the leash.  Leash and towel...lovely pair.  But I have to say that the meds and complete  kennel rest are doing their job and I think might just be helping to calm her down a little bit.  There isn't too much barking going on these days.  Only draw back...someone has to sleep on the first floor with her or she whines and she has managed to scrape some skin off her nose...don't know how that happened.

Gotta give kudos to Ms Donna and Beechmont Pet Hospital for grabbing her from the jaws of death.
