Emmy Surprised Her
Grace had no idea she was coming to a surprise birthday party. She thought it was just going to be a sleep over with Emmy.
SURPRISE! She was so surprised when Erika and Brooke came in the front door with bags of gifts that she squealed!
This is her...are you serious...a birthday party for me?
First things first...the birthday girl must wear her pink birthday crown...even if it does keep falling down on your face.
make-up and polish...live is so good!
These two treat each other as siblings. Pizza making was an experience...I don't know which one was the bossiest?
Her very special cup. That will stay at Wammy's so she can us e it again at the next sleep-over that is already int he planning process.
Pepaw...my Dad..called to sing her a happy birthday in his very special birthday singing voice.
Couldn't be more thrilled with her party!
She even got to Skype with Mamaw and Papaw...Mark's parents. Mamaw stayed on long enough to watch her open her gifts. Papaw had to get back to the ballgame.
It took forever to open all the gifts. Grace would open the card. Michael would read it. Grace would open the gifts.
She had bag after bag after bag after bag......
We all love Sugar, a new bakery in Old Milford. Grace and Michael got one special cupcake. The rest of us had one of Emmy's famous sampler platters. She bought one of every mini cupcake the made on Saturday and then cup them into fourths. Now that is the way to do it...nothing left but crumbs.
Look at all those happy faces. Brooke is the newest member of the Grace Fan Club. I think you all know the rest of the Club.
There is a little story about this Monkey Bread. Last night after we watched a movie on the wall Michael was excited for breakfast. 'Hey Grace, you know what it means when we have a sleepover...Monkey Bread for breakfast. Oh No!!!! Mark went to Kroger at 11:30PM for the Monkey Bread makings. Grace and Emmy fixed the gooiest bread yet. YUMMMMMM
I'm thinking that is her two thumbs up look without the two thumbs up.
That girl can chow down on some Monkey Bread I tell you!
To borrow the inside of one of her birthday cards...
She is sassy, sweet, spunky
silly,sparkly,

And she is SIX!
