A BIG Day For The Third Grader

Today is a big day for Michael...actually he has a few big days coming up having to do with his birthday. Today he turns nine. I remember his 'birth' day...well at least his birthday into our family. He was actually five days old.

This morning he has asked that his birthday breakfast be a crossant eggs cheese and sausage sandwich with a side of apple cider. No wait he changed that to hot chocolate in his Polar Express cup with a straw. He will eat in the cafeteria for lunch. His after school snack is yet to be decided. For dinner I am taking him to Chick-fa-la for his favorite chicken sandwich (hold the pickle please) and a chocolate milkshake.

Our 'family party' will be on Thursday, so come back to see what we have on the menu that night.

His 'friend party'...which he made invitations for...will be on Saturday. That should be an exciting blog also.
