Day After "Thanksgiving"

We ate our fill of leftovers and headed outside for some fresh air and exercise.Ellis had a little bit of a hard time leaving his new match box cars to go outside. But once we told him we were going on a walk and he could ride Michael's bike he was definitely in.
Alaire gets to ride high on Pappy. There is just so far those little legs can go on a cold day.
Trick or Treat night I saw these chickens. Well, don't you just know that I had to find out about them. Found out that they have two chickens and they get a fresh egg every morning. Now maybe my family will consider that little goat I have been asking for.
Poor child lives in CO and comes to a colder place. How about that hat?
Ellis left his Lighting McQueen helmet here from last trip. This trip he was big enoughto ride Michael's green bike without training wheels...and he goes 'really good and really far.'
This child loves being outside. I think if someone was out there with him...he would stay all day and all night. And now that he is older is he able to do so much more. Now he can climb into the pirate ship all by himself.
And just look how proud he is of himself. Pappy was trying to teach him how to skin the cat. As Cassie tells... it we almost had a C3 injury. Don't think we will be trying anymore of those tricks at Wammy's house. It makes me too nervous.

This
matchbox car toy belonged to Bryce when he was little. I'd guess that this toy is about 25 years old. If you can see the name on the shop is Ellis Iron Works. How cool is that...and that sweet little had belongs to Ellis. I am saving this for Bryce's kids but for now...when Ellis comes we dust it off and he plays with it.
