Just Hanging Around
Our usual Monday...Allyson's here, Mark is off, Ella watches the squirrels and the birds...oh but wait...what is that hanging in the neighbors trees?...
Do you see five men in with yellow hats and bright vests? (click on the pic to make it bigger) Seems that Duke Energy has hired crews to walk the power lines and trim any trees that would damage the lines if they fell. It was just crazy. Literally hanging and swaying from tree to tree just like monkeys. They not only were our entertainment for the afternoon...tomorrow they are going to dump a load of mulch at the top of the driveway. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle...this will be perfect around the raised vegetable beds in the spring...which is right around the corner.
