EMPS #8...Reflections
Okay, let me just say that I know the challenge is a great one and I have ideas for a tons of really nice shots but the ones that I have on hand are really lame. So sorry, but this week it is the best that I can do. Carly wants us to...
Grab your cameras, and show me a reflection of some sort. It could be in water, or in glass, or in any reflective surface. You might come up with something spooky, or something beautiful, even or someone deep in thought! Get it? Think about it! Be creative. Be daring. Be Reflective! Extra Credit: Show me a REFLECTION of, well, you! :)
I looked way back into last years files and came up with this shot. This is Ellis, our very first and only grandson. He lives in Co with his Mom and Dad and sister. Cassie is such a good Mom. How many Mom's do you know that would let their toddlers paint on the kitchen sliding door. You must also know that Ellie's Dad is very artistic. In the picture you can see Cassie's reflection. And if you really concentrate and look really hard, you can see the Rocky Mountain Range on the left of the picture. Actually it is a cool picture. In school I always did the extra credit. So why should it be any different now. This is my extra credit Reflections. And can you see with one shot I got two different reflections...one in the car window and the bottom one in the car door. I didn't plan it that way but it worked out kinda cool. I look like I am at the fair at the crazy mirrors.
If you want to see really creative shots you can go to Carly's blog Ellipsis and check it out.

Hon, please don't say these are lame, you did a fine job with the assignment. Very creative. And look, you even get extra credit for including one of your reflection. And the baby is just too cute! As always, I am so happy you played along with all of us. I look forward to your photography!
Always, Carly
