Flea Market Finds...Part 2
Emmy mentioned in her comment earlier that I forgot to mention the purple wonders that she found. By purple wonders she means purple Danskos. Cassie and I wear our Danskos from the first bit of cold weather until our feet begin to sweat in the spring. They are really nice durable shoes...and did I say how expensive they are....really...I only own one pair.
These Danskos usually sell for around $120...we got them for one dollar! They have never been worn...not a scuff on them. Does anyone wear a size 7 1/2-8? They don't fit any of us, so unless someone claims them they go in the garden. I think they would look quite nice.
I have found the lost potato masher. It was on the shelf in the garage where I usually put some of my gardening things. I just happened to see it this morning when I was taking out the trash. One day it will be a wind chime.
This is the last thing...a small grater. I have several that I put candles under and they give off a cool glow when all the lights are turned off. Just don't try to move them after the candles have been burning for awhile...you will for sure burn your fingers.
