Going on the plane to see Daddy....
Wouldn't you know the last morning Mark was off and I had to go to work. But the good part is that I only work until noon so I go to go to the airport too.
But our day began early with a pizza breakfast. Well, what would you have done on your last morning in Cincinnati if there was left over pizza in the fridge? And you got to have breakfast with Auntie Em...what more could you ask for?
I missed all the good stuff. By the time I got home everyone was dressed and ready to go. Michael and Ellis were engrossed in Word World on Cassie's laptop. Ellis was ready to go. So excited to see his Daddy and to ride on the plane.
I think he knew that his Mom had gone to Target that morning and filled his backpack up with special things for the three hour trip home and then another hour after that. Michael was excited to go to the airport also. He loves to ride on the sidewalk, the escalator and the elevator...he must have a thing with mechanical things.
So, they are home safe and sound. Sung as a bug in a rug. And now Cassie is running a fever....
