Batter, Batter, Baseball
Today is Opening Day for the Cincinnati Reds. Down here you either bleed red for the Reds or orange and black for the Bengals....Opening Day means that the lesson plans in most schools have something to do with baseball. Michael's class will be playing baseball in PT. He is so excited...we saw all the balls and bats as we were going in this morning.
I must add that Michael picked the background for this picture. He INSISTED that the American flag be big in the picture. Two thumbs up....by the way the Reds beat the Cubbies...5-1...So now I guess we will have to plan a trip to The Great American Ballpark for a game...this is the old left-hander rounding third and heading for home because this one belongs to the Reds...
