Baking and Sharing Jesus Cookies At The Happy Church

The brave trudged through the ice and snow to bake cookies to add to the Christmas Boxes for The Happy Church.

Two dozen cookies on a tray.  Ten trays in the oven for 9 minutes.

Cookies are ready and waiting to go in the oven.

Our new cooling station.

From outside to inside for inspection and packing.

The Cookie Crew is getting ready to pray over the cookies.

110 dozen cookies are ready to go into the Christmas boxes.

100 Christmas boxes are put together and ready to be packed.

There was a job for everyone.

I love the fact that we were able to have little ones helping on this trip.  I hope what they experienced will stay in their hearts, and they will grow up and have a special love for the people of The Happy Church.  They are good people.

Many hands make light work.  It didn't take any time to fill 100 boxes.

Boxes were loaded into several vehicles and were ready to hit the hollers for delivery and loving on the people.

We shared lunch with our 'guides' and then hit the road.

Every box got a ham and a gift card for milk and eggs.

We got to spend some time with our "Happy Church" daughter, Anna!
Some good discussions and hopefully a start to a plan that can be something positive for her.  I keep praying that somehow she will be able to come visit us sometime.  Pray for her dad, who had to be taken to the hospital.  And pray that her job interview goes well.

Until next trip...
