Jesus Cookies For Kairos 20

 

The cookies come in huge boxes...I think 20 dozen in a box.  Frozen hockey pucks.

They bake for 8-10 minutes. They cool until they are cool.  It all depends on how cold the hallway is how fast they cool.

Then they are packed 2 dozen per bag.  Then they are packed in banana boxes and prayed over by the volunteers.  

Tonight's bake yielded 98 dozen in two hours.
